ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During periods of high demand, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays.

Studio Halo ships to:

  • United States

  • International destinations

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination, order size, and carrier availability.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 3–6 business days after shipment

  • International: Typically 7–30 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing

Studio Halo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

  • Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Studio Halo is not responsible for customs delays, holds, refusals, seizures, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the order may not be eligible for a refund.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available). Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time delivery status.


RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Studio Halo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, damaged, or lost due to carrier handling after shipment.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Studio Halo is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@studiohalo.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Damaged items are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and are generally eligible for exchange only, subject to review and approval.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment logistics. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
